Well done to Rebecca who gave an oral presentation on An Evaluation of the Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing at the International School Psychology Association (ISPA) annual conference in Porto, Portugal  last week (July 22, 2013).  Her presentation was very well recieved by everyone.
