4. How We Store & Protect Information
Electronic data is stored securely in encrypted, cloud-based systems with access restricted to authorised team members only.
Paper records (if used) are stored securely and destroyed when no longer required.
We only use third-party service providers who are GDPR-compliant and have appropriate data protection safeguards in place.
We implement technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe and prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Test materials are retained securely for 3 years and then destroyed.
Electronic copies of reports and assessment results are stored securely for 15 years.
Administrative/financial records are kept in line with Irish tax and accounting requirements (normally 6 years).
6. Sharing of Information
We do not share your information with third parties unless:
- You give explicit consent (e.g. to share with a school, GP, or professional).
- It is required by law (e.g. court order, child protection concerns).
- It is necessary for service delivery (e.g. secure payment processors or IT service providers).
