Receiving a reasonable accommodation (RACE) in the Leaving or Junior Cert. can have life changing implications for students. However, with so many rules, routes and regulations and often very little time, it can be difficult and sometimes stressful for teachers to get to grips with what's required when making an application. Delivered by a highly experienced teacher and Educational Psychologist the course will give a detailed description of what's involved and required when testing students for readers, spelling and grammar waivers and scribes. The short activities and quizzes throughout the course are sure to instil teachers with the confidence & knowledge they need to accurately and quickly process reasonable accommodations for students.
